Preparation to enter university: Open a bank account

My university uses CIMB bank for all the fees payment so I went to the bank and open an account.
Look at the number...

For me, I feel that the service is not bad (CIMB Port Klang). The customer service there are friendly.
Even though its a bit slow, but since there's not many people today, I settled it pretty fast.
Found this writing on the leaflet (>_<)

For those who are newbie, like me. Do not feel shy to ask.

So, I'll share about what you need to do to open CIMB saving account.

1st, you need to get the number (like the above picture).

2nd, wait till they call your number.

3rd, they require your IC, MyKad and your thumb. Yes your thumb.

4th, sign the require paper and give them information.
If you're entering the university, you tell them what's your university.

Then you need to pay deposit RM50... Wait till they return your IC.

After that, go to ATM machine and activate your account using the password that they given immediately and change your password.
You'll get receipt that tell your changes is ACCEPTED.

Again, at the ATM machine, activate your CIMB Clicks at 'others' and invent your e-pin, repeat it twice.
You'll get a receipt again that tell your changes is ACCEPTED.

After that, go to see customer service and they will help you registration online.
You'll need ID, your e-pin, new password and also security word.

Its very easy, I know. I feel like sharing it so I share it here!
******************************************
After that, I went to Sushi King to buy food.
I bought this:
Left is tuna mayo. Right is salmon mayo

...and this nyum nyum green tea ice cream with daifuku.
I love green tea ice cream...

at: RM3.20 !

Why? Because I have this:

Its very advisable if you love sushi like me, get a sushi king card for RM20.
You'll get the voucher of RM20 with some gift.
Sushi King is not the best sushi maker but it is one of the cheapest among other sushi restaurant.

By the way, I bought these magazines:

This is the last Harry Potter movie's last Galaxy cover for Harry Potter, I think.
So sad that it's over.
But over doesn't mean the end!
 There's always JK Rowling!
Pottermore~ and Universal Studio Orlando: Wizarding World of Harry Potter

OMG OMG... my room...
Need to pack up and be ready for tomorrow~~ Need to sleep soon.

Thank you for reading ~!

Harry Potter: It All Ends

Abirami, Shumita and me went yesterday to Jaya Jusco Bkt Tinggi to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollow Part II in 3D
It was the best movie ever!

We watched Harry Potter in 3D.

Even though it is quite expensive: RM14 for the ticket + RM5 for the glasses = RM19
...and also quite uncomfortable with the 3D glasses, I still feel it is worth it.
Because I can see the image clearer with 3D glasses.
Blimey, its the last Harry Potter!

It is so sad that the movie is over, but the Magical world of Harry Potter will always be part of my memory.
Its nice to watch happy ending.
Albus Severus Potter is damn cute for God sake!
I cried the most when the battle claim life of Lupin, Tonks and Fred.
David Yates, thank you for making the best ending possible for Harry Potter.
Splitting the final book of Harry Potter into two movies is great because they need not to cut a lot of scene in order to crammed it to 2 hour movie.
Lets watch this video. The video made me cry again... too!

I wish to meet Dan, Rupert and Emma. I like Emma Watson the most!
I like Tom Felton too!

I would like to go to Universal Studio Orlando: The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
...After my 4 years in uni.
I wanted to save a lot of money to go there.
At least 10k. Need to save money from now!

Even JK Rowling have hard time parting with Harry Potter.
With Pottermore, our imagination about Harry Potter world will never fade.
The end of Harry Potter is the end of my childhood... so true!
I'll miss Harry Potter so much!

I bought 1st part after watching 2nd part! lol

I watched it twice, I cried twice!
Dobby made me cry!
Gonna watch again after this!

****************
Anyway, before that, Abirami, Shumita and me watch the movie, we went to Karaoke Box (Green box?).
It was the 1st time I enter the place.
I remember going to Japan's Karaoke box and at the lousy Karaoke box Centre Point Klang.lol
But the one in JJ is much more worth it.

Having too good time!
We having good time there and Abi is damn good in shuffling and singing!
*amazed*
We can take free drinks and free food there too.
Its great place to celebrate birthday too.

I didn't sing for a while now and I feel my voice is horrible.
But who cares! lol We're having fun!
Right?

Japanese tea with biscuit

Abi and Shumita's food

Mine! I love eat grilled salmon!
Having great time.
We might not be able to meet each other again after this.
Hope to meet them again during university break!!

I forgot to bring my phone yesterday and I'm so lazy to go back and get my phone.
Waste time and petrol.
So, first time ever going out without my phone! Haha!

I miss my chicken! T.T

Thank you for reading!

My undergraduate university results...

I was extremely nervous waiting for 12pm today to check my university result.
I'm so nervous >> drink a lot of water >> toilet
My hand was badly shaken and icy cold, my heart beating fast, the adrenaline were pumping like mad!
So which university I'll enter?

12:00PM: Okay... I'm checking my results now!

Keep staring at this page after clicking the link:
Sending request...
Eventually...

Not available.. >_<'''
Why? Because it is the wrong page! lol!
God know how many time I refresh the wrong page! OMG!!
[RELOAD][RELOAD][RELOAD]...

After an hour...
I go check my facebook. Everyone got their result already!!!!
Means I go to the wrong website!!!!
Gosh this is comical .... >_<;;;
I'm acting like one of the cartoon character...
Screaming at people's Facebook wall post. haha!

So then I go and dig out myself the website at google.

Thank you for Fong May who save me from this craziness.
I forgotten my STPM number in order to check my result!!!

Need to fill in the blank
So again, I go bonkers screaming at my Facebook wall asking for help.
With some tips from Fong May, I try out the number that sounds familiar...
In the end... Gotcha!

RESULT:
I erase my IC and full name to protect my privacy ^^
I get UPM for my favourite course! Electrical and electronic engineering!!! ^_____^

I was surprised and shocked at first because I was expecting UM and UTM.
(according to my previous post)
But after the adrenaline effect went off and my brain start to be able to think properly then I feel that:
I AM SO LUCKY!

According to my mum, those who want to enter UM need to have at least 2 principle A which I don't have.
Anyway, UTM is tooooooooo far. lol

UPM is the best that I can get! I'm so grateful and thankful to God.
It is quite near my house and near KL!

The most important one is:
I can take JLPT test every year without worrying!
(Except worrying about the grammar and kanji)
I'm soooo excited about taking the exam!!!!
I LOVE IT!!!

I want to score well and get excellent CGPA so that I can study postgraduate in Japan!!
I can't wait to start my university year too.
I can learn about electronics!!
OMG OMG OMG!!
Need to start revising the physics now!

WAIT!!!

I got music exam!! Oh no!!
I haven't memorizes all the Italian word... not to mention the harmonic and melodic thingy...

Trial exam for ABRSM Grade 2 is on 31 July and the exam is on 13th August.
Better study music first!
I haven't practice my piano properly also...
Violin 3rd position is killing me~~ tempo to fast and I think its time to change my bow...
The bow doesn't have enough friction anymore... It sounds horrible.
Maybe because of me it sounds horrible... lol
But I've No $$$$$... Waaaa~~~~
I want buy new violin also no money...
Last week my E-string snap off while tuning my violin.. I need to pay RM20 for a very thin string!
Last time it was LESS than RM20!!!
I guess I need to buy a dozen of E-string.. I change my E-string almost for the 6th time!!

Anyway back to my university thing...
Another funny thing that I did was...
I wanted to print the 'Surat Tawaran' again because when I print for the 1st time I realized that my color ink finished.
So put in the new cartridge and print another time by pressing 'back' button and I print without check the name.
Then suddenly I saw "FAKULTI PERUBATAN..."
I was like ???!!!
Then I check the name...
Hey! that's not my name!
wth wth wth...
Then I start from beginning and print the correct one.

Waiting for Malaysia's university result (Undergraduate)

Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi
Okay, so tomorrow is the day that we've been waiting for.
The University result.
I went to Putrajaya last Monday and I found this building.
I wonder if I could just asked them about my results.lol
But I decided to wait till tomorrow.
I'm sure that few thousands of nervous applicants will 'attack' UPU website tomorrow.
I hope there's no 'traffic jam', hanged and trouble.

To be honest, I'm worried and nervous too.
(thank you to all my friend who reminding me of how big the day will be tomorrow.lol)
I mean, you'll spend almost 4+ years studying in that university.
Then again, they choose the course for us too.
It's a gamble.
Why exactly we need to gamble to get our place in local university?
Because of the allocation of students for certain courses and of course the competition too.
Not just STPM student like me, but also matriculation students and diploma students.

I don't really have outstanding results.
For me, it was heartbreaking result.
I expect too much.
Anyway, the past is the past and I need to move forward.

I get the offer by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) last month and... I rejected it.
I get my first choice, I'm really surprised and don't expect it at all.

Well, I just hope Universiti Malaya (UM) grab me to be one of their student.

UM is where I'm growing up with.
My mom is the nurse at University Malaya Medical Centre.

So I always visit the university for its bookstore and cafeteria.
My dad last time said that he hope I can study in UM (even now too).
He even plan what I will next too.
The answer will be revealed tomorrow.

I qualify for the courses that I choose according to the Syarat Khas in UM.
I hope I'll get it.

I can assure you that if UM didn't grab me,
Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) will definitely do.
(I think)

To be honest, since I'm gambling my future life with the computer,
I'll just take whatever university they give me.
Do my best in undergraduate, get a scholarship oversea to go postgraduate (Monbukagakusho!).

Yeah!
Can't wait to learn new things and study!!!!!
My brain has rested too long and I'm craving for formula and number with presentation...
...and EXAM!!
I have weird relationship with exam. I LOVE EXAM. How weird is that.

Well, my best friend advise me that in university I have to choose the right friend or I might ended up get betrayed.
Need to be ready with the possibility to do everything by myself.
Alone. This is called INDEPENDENT.

Anyway, best of luck everybody who going to visit the UPU website tomorrow.
Hope we won't 'crash' the website down.
ALL THE BEST!

I'll will tell you my result tomorrow.

Night night reader!

Recipe: Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi

I do not know the name in English... If convert it directly sounds so awkward.lol
Ayam=Chicken
I guess it sounds like: Chicken cooked with coconut milk and bird's eye chili (????)

Anyway, this is a typical Malay cuisine that I'd like to share.
I'm not a good cook, I'm a learner too.
The one that's good in cooking is my mom.
So, we both actually learn this together!
In this post, you'll have step by step guide on how to cook it.

If I want to cook this cuisine, I just refer to this lovely blog of mine!
I don't know if anyone read my blog but I use my blog as reference for myself. ^^

Lets wait no more! Lets get started!

Today is the day to celebrate yellow. :D

I'll list down the ingredient at the end of this post so just follow the picture!

A bit of red onion and cili padi (Bird's Eye Chili)
The amount of chilli is according to your own preferences, whether you want it hot or milder.
My family doesn't like spicy food much (I'll get stomachache!) and we eat less santan (coconut milk)
If you like food with a lot of santan, just add it a bit more. It'll get more delicious but not so healthy.
If you are not going to eat it everyday, no harm though. ^^

put it inside blender

With a bit of water

After blending (Warning of the spicy smell!)

Pour the blended mixture into the frying pan (?)

Add turmeric (Kunyit) that'll will make it yellowish.

Stir.

Close the lid and leave it till it'll get a bit dry.

Now, for the santan (coconut milk) you can use instant but my mother bought the santan this way (easy for storage) and put it inside the freezer. Let it defrost in room temperature.

This is lemon grass. This is a very important ingredient that make it so... fragrant!

Chicken's meat...

We boiled the water for santan and for the chicken's liver (if you include that part of chicken)

Cut the chicken to small pieces

This is dry enough for us to insert the chicken's meat.

Stir stir...

Punch the lemongrass.. well somehow like the animated gif below.  =))

Unregistered. Free! So this is how u 'punch it'! lol

Add the lemongrass to the mixture and stir it.

Its smoking~

This is the raw santan inside the blender. No need to wash the blender according to my mum.

Pour some hot water to make it delicious (in Malay we called it lemak) and add normal  room temperature water so that the blender won't get damage easily (according to my mum)

This is how it looks like after blender it.

We need to filter the coconut husk from the coconut milk.

Like this~~

This husk need to throw it away, but for us, give it to the chickens~~

We need this lovely coconut milk

Get back to the chicken... and stir it.

Peel the potato's skin

Cut it according to your preferences.

Add the potato and stir

Add salt

Add some Knorr cube powder. It is a chicken flavoured powder. Gosh... dunno how to explain this >_<

Add some sugar too.

Mix it well and when the chicken is cooked...

....add the santan, and...

Leave it till it boiled. Turn off the gas. Done!
Yummy?? Yes! This is Malaysian cuisine from my mother. Copyrighted.lol You can try it at home!
This is rather low in calories as we really take care of the amount of oil and fats (My mum is a nurse, see...)
The oil is the oil from the chicken's skin.

So my dinner today is:
Honey drink, pineapple+onion+cucumber mix vegetable and  Ayam masak lemak cili padi. Yellow cuisine!
This is the vegetable up close. Mix it together with sugar and salt.

******************************************
We have home-grown corn!

My dad in yellow.
The corn was very sweet! Lovely. This is dessert.lol
That's all for the post today.
I hope I give some tips for myself and my reader too!

Thank you for reading!
