EE Sem V : Random Update =]

Hello~~

Its pretty frustrating that my blog is still about Bahrain while my life is full of unwritten story that waited to be posted in this blog!

Now is already week 13, the final two weeks before the study week and the finals =O

My timetable is pretty full and I am so busy with all the rush of assignment and presentation.

Its kinda fun in a way though.

I've been updating myself a lot through Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram than this blog!

oh my poor blog, being abandoned. I'm so sorry! XD

This is just some random update somehow release some stress.

I feel this blog is pretty messy as I wanted to update lots of stuff and ended up = no update at all!

There's a lot of things going on this semester:

1. First time compose + sing my own song "Time Trap" with the best band in UPM and talented friends from Music Faculty for Yinzi Concert 2013
2. Singing invitation from USM Japan Festival
3. First time performing solo guitar on stage
4. Gathering with my foster family and sisters~!
5. First time singing at Bukit Expo- Pretty weird experience though.. hahaha
6. First time performing my own song "Time Trap" at K11!

Anyway, I really work super hard for this semester.. sometimes, its just, I don't know, thing goes wrong with the way I answer my test paper  for Machine and ended up with 20+ marks deficit. =(

I really need to find out about it ASAP!

So far so good ^^

Be positive + eat healthy + rest well + pray hard + study smart =]

I'll never give up till the end. Never will.

Semester 5 gonna end soon. Time run so fast...

Intercollege Public Speaking Competition 2013

3rd place inter-college public speaking competition #yay #K11 :) thank you for all the good luck and support. I don't really expect it at all. I did my best =] #2ndRunnerUp

This is my first ever attempt in Public Speaking and I never expect that I could ever win this competition!
I mean, being in the top 3?? Never cross my mind before.
The competition was intense, pretty much challenging.

The preliminary stage basically I sing too much, haha.
(aziana hor, you think this is public singing ka? XD)

Quick tips for public speaking competition, if you want to win, you need some sort of style (According to judges comments). Attract  and grab attention with that style and you'll impress the judges with some good introduction. =]
Feel free to ask me questions here. :)

Basically I score pretty well for impromptu speech whereby the question is something like "Why smart people are not wise?".

I can consider myself lucky as I am getting topic that I really comfortable with. Its rather peculiar that I am not nervous at all standing on a big stage.lol I guess I love big stage. =D

I wanted to post this like, long time ago, but I didn't get the opportunity to do so... haha
(One of the reason is super laziness)
Once I enter my 4th semester, everything is like, "BOOM" so many activities and work to be done.lol

I try not to make my blog post too long. haha
It has been an unforgettable journey throughout.
Meeting new people, nice people. People you just randomly 'clicked' like you know them like an old friend!

Preparation for preliminary of Public Speaking.

So many amazing things happen, and going to happen.
I'll do my best to spend a little time to update because this is my diary.
It's fun to read back the memories that I made along my journey :)


I work hard for things I love with all my heart.
I know what it felt like at the bottom of the wheel of life.
I always remind myself to stay grateful and humble.
These achievement is great, but it is not permanent.
Nothing is permanent in life.
... and nobody is perfect.

I really want to make my parents proud of me and let me do things I passionate about.
This little daughter of yours is working hard, praying hard and studying hard.
She have a big dream and goals.

It is an amazing experience joining Yinzi and singing live band together with them.
I really feel like we're like family- bonded by passion and love towards music.

They are really good and I really amazed with them.

I started joining "Pesta Tanglung" or Tanglung Festival event in 2011 when I first sang solo 'The Moon Represents My Heart' by Theresa Teng. My friend who join MTP (here for the MTP blogpost: http://aziana-teh.blogspot.com/2011/11/malam-tunas-putra-universiti-putra.html) recommend me as I said that I can sing Chinese song.

I always wanted to sing Chinese song on stage since I was primary school because I was addicted to Chinese TV drama that time.
I enroll in National Primary School (Sekolah Kebangsaan) that do not have chinese-speaking students, so I don't get exposed to Chinese language especially Mandarin.

Who knows that my wish came true when I enter UPM :)
Well, I guess that's why I didn't get the overseas scholarship. God realizes my childhood wishes. :)

But for 2012 Tanglung and Winter Festival, I am gonna sing duet song with a very talented guy. He sang at Pesta Ang Pau UPM before and I have no idea that he is from neighboring K10.. lol

He is such an amazing and talented singer!

I want to, once again, say thank you for the Yinzi group to accept me even though I cannot speak Chinese (learning now. haha) and I always blur because I do not really understand Chinese fully. (^^;;)

It is a great experience an such pleasure to meet them, as we share same passion towards music.
We believe that: Music is universal and not bounded by language. :)
(yeah, we suddenly talk in Japanese~ haha!)

I am looking forward learning music and singing again with them.

EE Sem II : [The end]

This semester had been so busy for me... Till no time to update my blog.. Super lazy. haha.
It has been 2+ months i didn't update anything. XP
But I decided to post something before the exam weeks start.. so..

I have been so busy keeping up with activities, study and performances.
I'm so grateful that I have enough sleep to keep up with the pace and due dates.

The weekly planner for week 14

Finally, the end of week 14 of the 2nd semester.
I'm so relieved that I manage to pass up all the required assignments.
So now, finals next week, the last battle.
I really really need to work my best to get the best result possible so that I can increase my CGPA.
So one week studying.
Hopefully.

I love studying at the library and I can see my lovely faculty here!

Need to fully utilized my time with studying.
Since the weather so hot these days, I decided to go back home. :D

Okay, I want to keep this post short because I have a lot of things to write, actually.

Pertandingan Nyanyian Irama Asli 2012 - Intercollege

Last minute. Everything.

Last minute sucks. Still, people 'love' working on the 11th hour.

The "Irama Asli" is the most difficult song I've sung, I must say.

The super vibrato, pretty hard to make when you’re so used to contemporary songs that doesn't require 'heavy' vibrato.

Smile of the day. After stressful day.

To make matter worse, they didn't give the minus one to us, since they provide the list of songs and the minus one. 1st time practice with the minus one was 3 hour before the event. Great. 

I'm an amateur for heaven sake!

With such a stressful week, I've to worry about this thing. 

I don't want to make a fool of myself, which I did anyway.

Singing songs that you're not comfortable with is the biggest mistake.

Plus with inadequate amount of time given.

I'm not giving excuses.

Its reality of human.

We're full of flaws.

I cried though. 

Behind the door.

Huge amount of stress released with the overflowing tears.

Can't tell you how relieve I am after crying.

In addition to the background song "Patah Hati", just make it such a perfect timing to cried-out everything.

Tears are women's strength.

It may look weak, but there lies the hidden power to get us up and continue to move forward.

At least for me.

I can't remember the lyrics and ended us cover-up my singing, as usual. Hymn...lol

I feel so relieve after singing, and knowing that I'm not going to finals.

I can do my homework at ease. *phew*

I lose. But I look good. Fair enough. haha

If you guys wanted to handle an event, please take good care of time management, preparation and good planning.

Early planning will have ample time to troubleshoot problem, if any.

I should be doing MURoC post, but I decided to post this one 1st. Will post about MURoC.. When I free, next!

Pretty busy with my course. I've 8 subjects this year including Community Service. Total of 19 credit hour.

I involve in Pesta Ang Pau, Silang Budaya and ROBOCON too.

Looking forward to learn making robots. :)

I may not be great in making one, but I've strong interest and passion to begin with :D

Currently revising my C Programming project using PIC last year. Learn how to run Vexta motor. Super excited. Every week diligently learn new things.

EE Sem II : [The 1st 2 week]

Amazing view. Almost empty car park.

I came back to UPM rather early, as early as two weeks earlier before the semester starts.
I stayed at my beloved college and change room 3 times.. Mind you, my stuff is super lots!

At last, on Sunday, we change back to our own room.

But before that, I met my 1st ever friend, and I consider her like my own sister, Syafira. It has been almost 10 years though. We met occasionally in between but, not really meet and talk like we used to. Since she moved to Westport, and a lot of things had happen to her family, we rarely talk. We just keep in touch by phone, message, Facebook.. But to be honest, we seriously didn't talk for almost 10 years. When we met, it felt like is seems as it was yesterday that she left and move school. We're really close, we share childhood  memories...  She's my best friend. She's very pretty too. Taller than me. Haha

It was really memorable day when ya, ibu, kak yun, Apop and me met. A lot of things happen, people change, but one thing that doesn't change is that we are a family even though there's no blood connection between us.

1st week of university is not a joke. It was damn pack and busy for god sake! 1st day itself, I wake up pretty early, about 6am. Then get ready for the first class, that is Oral Interactive Skill. the class rather fun, I must say, as I really love to talk. This is the chance to brush up my english skills!

I was appointed as assistant of head class =.='' haha Whatever-lah..
The class was fun, the lecturer are nice too. Can't wait for the roleplaying! Been looking forward to it.

Next class is semiconductor devices. It is crucial for me to love this subject because it is related to micro-electronic. Been thinking of doing major doing micro-electronic.  ^^

OMG.. Super love these instruments~ :D

 Even in the 1st week itself, I can feel the pressure on my shoulder that I need to maintain my first class CGPA no matter what. So that we can break the previous record. Seriously? Yes I am.

1st day: Go eat dinner together with my nice colleague :)

 We got rather lot of homework though... Need to diligently finish it all!! On the first week too, I join MURoC, not as player though. I go there to observe. :D
After reaching back, I seriously feel like building a robot and enter the competition. Serious.
I got the passion, but do I have what it takes?

But it is a great experience. I'm gonna post it on my next post.

I decided to update my blog today 02012012 at 2012 (8.12pm) because I like the number :)

Can you see the repeated 2012? lol

This year, I'll be 21 years old.
Eligible to be a voter but still haven't renew my 12 years old IC (>.<'') lol
Lots of 1's and 2's this year. ^^

Anyway, tomorrow is my first final exam subject.
Need to go and re-revise it again.
 Will update the blog after the exam about what had happen when I gone missing since the single post that I posted. I hope I'll be able to post out and recall those nice experience that I experienced. ^^

There's so many memories in 2011 that I will remember for the rest of my life. Both good and the bad. :)

It is a new beginning for me, to a better me :)
Hopefully 2012 will be a wonderful year.
I hope to see 2013 in another 12 months.

Malam Tunas Putra Universiti Putra Malaysia 2011 [K10 & K11] : Seta Walinongsari

Hi!
Today is 1.11.11 and I'd post this at 11.11am. =D
Hey! I have 11 followers.
I stayed at K11. haha
I hope its a lucky number. ;)

Okay as what I've mention before, I'm going to post about Malam Tunas Putra Universiti Putra Malaysia 2011, in short MTP UPM 2011.
This is my first ever performance that I involved in and... make me kinda.. Er.. famous? LOL Sorta.. Not really... I think?

Anyway, I include 3 videos that I made especially for this post about MTP K10 & K11 2011.

MTP is basically a night of performances whereby the 1st year students show their stage talent. That would include dance, acting and singing.
Before I continue any further, let me present you the video of the night of the performance. ^^

We get 3rd place overall~! Which is good. But if there's no technical problem, we might hit 2nd or maybe 1st place!

A review about my opinion.lol :
My favourite part is when I sing the last part "...lagenda~". There was total silence when I sing the ending part.
It was a SUPER INCREDIBLE moment ever!
The part where "Kaulah satu-satunya.." is awesomely smart when our movement looked synchronized. Wow.
The best part is that WE all are TOGETHER! That's why I don't feel scared because we will back up and support each other. I know that I'm not alone, we are not alone!

Do mind a little story about myself?
Well.. I'd like to take this opportunity to tell a short story about myself ;P
I was able to sing when I'm 3 years old.
Gosh.. I love holding microphone... Blimey! Even until now hehe.

Guess what?
The first song that I sing is sung by Sheila Majid, Aku Cinta Padamu.lol
..and the first song I sing in UPM is sung by Sheila Majid. Wait, is it Datuk Sheila Majid now?

Still I don't think that my voice is nice but a lot of people said that my voice is nice.haha
The last time I took singing competition is when I was 12 (I got 1st place...) and that was the last one until now.
During my secondary school, my self esteem is incredibly low.
...and my friend, Ayu and Diana, in my opinion, have far better voice than I do.
 Hence, I don't and I didn't show my talent during that time.
Because I think that I don't stand a chance.

But things change when I enter form 6. I started to get involve with singing and performance.
I sing mostly Japanese song so they always call me Japanese and ask me when I will go to Japan.
=.= aiyo... waitla.. I do postgraduate there ya! Working very hard here.

When I enter university, with me taking the course that I love! That is: Electric and Electronic Engineering. I have this different attitude about myself. Far better than before.


I feel that joining MTP is the 1st step that I need to take to show my hidden potential and talent.
Its now or never.


Joining MTP too, make me feel motivated from the words by the trainer about confidence that I never have it before.

They have the same beginning too. Like us. But what make them successful is that the level of confidence and charisma they've developed throughout.

Then I realized.

We all are at the same floor. This is just a beginning. The story starts here.

We make mistakes and we learn.

There's no time to grief and regretting the past.

Just keep the motion going and we'll able to achieve what we want.
